Terms of Purchase and Delivery by Our Company

We operate under Ex Works (EXW) terms, offering streamlined options for purchase and delivery:

Option 1: Payment is made to our legal account in China. For official imports, we can arrange a Chinese broker (broker services paid separately). Goods are accepted by the client, with all necessary documents prepared in advance.

Option 2: Payment can be made through Chinese payment agents or direct bank transfer. Goods are then delivered via DHL.

Option 3: Clients can collect goods from Shenzhen or opt for delivery to their chosen logistics partner in China.

Delivery terms are negotiated separately for each country to ensure smooth and efficient service.
